over fill of anger

i know my title does not make sense but nether does my life, today was just a really werried day, spent most off it thinking about how good life would be if i was not here coz lately everyone is shouting at me for no reason and im fedup plus i feel so ugly and fat. and im full of anger and just want to scream and shout to the world...................wish i could turn bac time! :(., bye for now
